Easy Optin Page Creation with WP Squeeze Pro

We’ve been talking a lot about list building lately and I’ll continue to blog more about it over the coming days. Today I want to share a WordPress plugin with you that makes it easy to create optin pages. It’s called “WP Squeeze Pro“.

You know I love WordPress and I like the fact that Aweber makes it very simple to add optin forms to all my pages via a Sidebar Widget. The one thing I’ve been neglecting quite a bit over the past few years has been creating Optin Pages or Squeeze Pages. Up until now I’ve always either hand-coded them in html or used an html editor like Microsoft Expression Webs. It’s not super hard to do, but not nearly as easy as I’d liked… needless to say, creating optin pages has been put on the back burner week after week.

While I was taking the List Building Challenge last week, I was introduced to a neat little WP Plugin called WP Squeeze Pro. With it I can create Optin Pages as well as “Thank Your or Download Pages” within minutes. I like the fact that it includes quite a few templates that create well converting optin pages. The only thing I struggled a little with in the beginning was modifying the templates. I wanted to add a few extra fields to be able to include bullet points on why you should sign up. The documentation on how to do this could have been a little more detailed, but after a little trial and error I figured it out and it should be much easier to do from here on out. Of course you could use the templates “as is” as well.

Overall, I’m happy with the plugin and am installing it on quite a few of my niche sites. Take a look and see if this is something that will work for you as well.
